We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established the following refund policy to ensure clarity: Refunds Requested 60-90 Days Prior to the Event Date If you request a refund 60-90 days before the event date, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of your ticket price.Refunds Requested Less Than 30 Days Before the Event Date. South Florida, known as the rehab capital of the world, has been at the forefront of recovery efforts. Our Founder, Trish Kane, experienced this firsthand while starting her recovery at a halfway house here + working at a rehabilitation facility during her Master's studies. There are three main airports that serve the area where HealerCon 2025 will be held.

Here they are, in order of proximity:

PBI - Palm Beach International Airport: This is the closest airport, located only 3 miles from West Palm Beach. It's often the most convenient option.

FLL - Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport: This airport is located about 50 miles from West Palm Beach. It's a larger airport and may offer more flight options.

MIA - Miami International Airport: This is the furthest airport, located approximately 72 miles from West Palm Beach. It's a major international hub and usually has the most extensive range of flights, but travel time to the venue will be longer.

It's generally recommended to book your flights as early as possible to secure the best prices and availability, especially if you are traveling during peak season.
